Change Interventions

We specialise in working across sectors on small, medium and large change interventions. Regularly, the work involves participants in pre and post work. Examples of our work include:

  • Facilitating 1-to-1 surgeries for staff and managers experiencing unfairness at work: The consultancy involves listening, recording, and setting into motion a 'feedback loop' for managers in three Councils to respond to and mitigate risks for their employer;

  • How to be operate effectively in a Private Sector  working environment: A change intervention which provides HR Business Partners and Learning & Development Managers in a Public Sector Probation Trust soon to be bought and owned by an American led Partnership to gain insights, knowledge and skills to succeed in a different culture;

  • Induction programmes with a difference at Wandsworth Council Tax & Benefits Directorate: Involved taking the normally 'dry and unread' policies on Harassment & Bullying and bringing these alive which speaks volumes about your organisation's priorities;

  • Positive Action in Recruitment & Selection at Kent County Council: A refresher course for all recruiting managers which places equalities as a central component to appointing the very best people. Innovations At Work are the preferred supplier for KCC;
  • Equality Impact Assessments at London Councils, evidences quality services and employment practices on behalf of its council members. We are specialist providers of EIA services;
  • Professional Leadership in Equalities & Diversity at Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Board, builds the Equality Act 2010 and also the responsibility of Board Members into board meetings;
  • Team Building and Conflict Resolution at West Sussex Youth Service, reviews how talent and people strategies are essential when redundancies and down-sizing are faced;
  • Promoting people positively at Wandsworth Council, an innovative approach to interpreting the Public Duties by consulting with staff and managers on a charter to make explicit the desired behaviours and actions underpinned by equity and fairness at work;
  • Training senior managers to investigate and eradicate Harassment & Bullying at Wandsworth Council, involved training  investigators to find, recognise and eradicate Harassment & Bullying;
  • Positive Action for Black & Asian Minority Staff Groups, at the Civil Service Staff Race Equality Network (SCREN), involved facilitating workshops and conferences on a number of work related issues. We are specialist providers of such services.
